Before you write

A few things that come up often:

• Where’s my order? We ship within about 48 hours and email you a tracking number. Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days on Ground Advantage.
• Wrong address? Tell us right away. If it hasn’t shipped we’ll fix it before it goes out.
• Returns? 30 days on physical goods. See our Shipping & Returns page.
• Does it work with my setup? The Griftmeter works with Claude Code and Codex.
