This website is operated by Folcik Innovations, a registered DBA in the state of Utah under Folcik Enterprises, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Folcik Innovations.

We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you – the user – conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to all of them, you may not access the website or use any service. Any new features or tools added to the store are also subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to this page; it’s your responsibility to check periodically.

Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws) in using the Service.

Products

The Griftmeter is a desk device that displays your usage against your own AI coding subscription. The providers it can read are listed on the compatibility page, which is kept current. Naming them here would only go stale.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other provider whose services the device may display information about. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The device reports figures based on data available to it. We make no guarantee that those figures match your provider’s own billing, and they should not be relied on as a billing record. Your provider’s numbers are authoritative for anything that matters financially.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material here is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

Import duties and taxes

Orders ship from the United States. On an international order the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage and customs charges levied by the destination country. These are set by your government, are not collected by us, and are not included in the price or the shipping you pay here.

We cannot tell you in advance what they will be, and we cannot mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value to reduce them.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned because those charges were not paid, any amount we are refunded for the goods will be returned to you. Shipping, and any charge the carrier passes back to us, will not be.

Pricing and availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, and to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

Payment

Payments are processed by our merchant partner. We do not see or store your full card details.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
