Before you write
A few things that come up often:
- Where’s my order? We email you a tracking number as soon as your order goes out.
- Wrong address? Tell us right away. If it hasn’t shipped we’ll fix it before it goes out.
- Returns? 30 days on physical goods. See our Shipping & Returns page.
- Does it work with my setup? The Compatibility page is the live list, it carries the date it was last true, and it is deliberately not optimistic. Check there rather than here: a list written into a contact page goes stale the week after it is written.
- What if my provider is not on the list? Every Griftmeter ships with a clock in it, analog or digital, wearing whatever shell you picked. So the worst case for an unsupported provider is a good looking desk clock that starts reading your usage the day support lands, through the helper you already have. No new hardware.
- Dial completely dark? Use the cable in the box. It is USB-A to USB-C, and the dial cannot negotiate power over USB-C to USB-C, so a C-to-C cable will not run it at all. That is the most common reason a new dial looks dead on arrival.
