Griftmeter is run by Folcik Innovations, a registered DBA in the state of Utah under Folcik Enterprises, LLC.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do share it with the handful of companies needed to take your payment, get your parcel to you, and keep the site running. Every one of them is named below. That is the whole list.
What we collect
If you place an order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and what you bought. If you contact us: whatever you put in the message.
Our host also records ordinary web server logs, including your IP address, for security and troubleshooting.
Who we share it with, and why
These are our processors. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.

Card details
Your card details go to Braintree, not to us. We never see or store a full card number.
Cookies
The site sets cookies for the cart and checkout, so your basket survives moving between pages. It also sets cookies that record how you arrived, which lets us tell whether an order came from a search, a link, or a direct visit. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
If you have verified the site with Google Search Console, that reports search terms and click counts in aggregate. It does not identify individual visitors to us.
What the device sends us
The Griftmeter reads your usage locally and talks to your AI provider using your own credentials. It does not send your usage data, your prompts, your code, or your API keys to us. We don’t collect telemetry from the device.
The mule checks our server for firmware and software updates. That request tells us a version number and an IP address, and nothing about you or your usage.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Contact messages are kept for two years. Server logs are kept for ninety days.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU, the UK, or California you have these rights by law, and we extend them to everyone.
Deletion has one limit: we cannot delete an order record we are legally required to keep until that period is up. We will tell you if that applies.
Get in touch through our contact page and we’ll take care of it. We aim to answer within thirty days.
Children
This is not a product for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the site.
