Folcik Innovations, a registered DBA in the state of Utah under Folcik Enterprises, LLC (the creator of Griftmeter) will not share, disclose, or otherwise reveal your personal information — including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, email address, billing information, order information, order frequency, or any communications you have with us.
Your billing information is managed entirely by our secure merchant partner. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order information — what you ordered, your shipping address, and your billing address — is stored by our merchant partner and on our server.
If you sign up for our newsletter, you agree that we may use your email address and name to send you occasional messages about new products and discounts. You can opt out at any time using the link in any email we send.
The Griftmeter reads your usage locally and talks to your AI provider using your own credentials. It does not send your usage data, your prompts, your code, or your API keys to us. We don’t collect telemetry from the device.
